Job Summary
The Maintenance Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the dealership's facilities, equipment, and utilities. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment while minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the office building, workshop, office areas, and infrastructure.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, air compressors, lifts, and other workshop equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment service history, and AMC schedules.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of utilities such as power supply, water supply, lighting, and firefighting systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance materials, tools, and spare parts.
- Raise purchase requisitions for maintenance-related requirements and track vendor performance.
- Support showroom and workshop teams by resolving facility-related issues promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in coordination with the housekeeping team.
- Ensure optimal operation of generators, UPS systems, compressors, and other critical equipment.
- Assist during audits and ensure compliance with Toyota dealership standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in facility or maintenance management, preferably in an automobile dealership or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, compressors, and workshop equipment.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
