Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales of commercial and residential (G+2) projects.
- Generate quality leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate and successfully close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance insights to management.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5–7 years in real estate sales (commercial & residential projects).
- Education: Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer relationship management.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of leading by example.
