Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Housekeeping Supervisor to manage our housekeeping team and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained at all timesat the Altius Hotel, Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff on daily tasks
- Check rooms and common areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
- Create staff schedules and assign duties
- Train new housekeeping employees
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and used properly
- Report any maintenance issues to the management team
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel
- Experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Honest, punctual, and responsible

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
