A boutique hotel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires a proactive leader with strong operational insight, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations to ensure seamless and efficient day-to-day functioning
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to maintain consistent service quality and operational standards
- Ensure a smooth and memorable guest journey from check-in to check-out
- Identify operational gaps and implement regular training and development initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Optimize room inventory and drive booking conversions to maximize revenue
- Handle guest concerns and escalations effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and ensure consistent use of the Daybook for daily tracking, accountability, and operational clarity
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar hotel management role mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in Ernakulam preferred.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
- Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
