Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in IT-based solutions and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT solutions and services sector.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and market research.
- Meet potential clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design and successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to promote company services.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals effectively.
- Support strategic partnerships and channel business development initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, networking, cloud services, or enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong business acumen and market understanding
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
