Job Description:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and other medical institutions.
- Promote and sell products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Provide detailed product information and address queries from healthcare professionals.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales activities and performance.
- Organize and conduct product presentations and demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Atleast 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
