Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify prospective candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks. Craft compelling job descriptions and manage postings on job boards.
- Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate incoming resumes, conduct preliminary phone/video screens, and administer skills or logical reasoning tests.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand department requirements and provide shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Offer Management: Facilitate the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and address benefits queries.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure clear, prompt communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle to maintain a positive employer
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
