Job Description :
- Conduct site investigations to ensure feasibility of proposed projects
- Create detailed blueprints, specifications, and cost estimates for proposed projects
- Ensure that all construction complies with building codes and regulations
- Manage and oversee the work of other professionals, such as architects and construction workers
- Investigate and analyze problems, developing appropriate solutions
- Review project documents for completeness and accuracy before construction begins
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with client requirements
- Provide technical expertise and advice to the team as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing platforms).
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and content management platforms (eg., Zoho Books)
