We are hiring an educational counselor (sales representative).
A. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Education—Minimum Graduate
Work Experience - 0-1 years
Age Criteria - 21-30 Yrs
Marital Status - Unmarried required
B. SKILLS REQUIRED -
The ideal candidate should have
1. Ability to convince & counsel students and sell courses to them.
2. A knack for selling and counselling
3. Strong communication skills (spoken & written) in Hindi
4. Problem-solving, quick thinking Capabilities, and Excellent listening
skills.
5. Attention to detail, with the ability to work smart and not just hard
6. A super positive, enthusiastic & go-getter attitude with a willingness to
learn is absolutely mandatory.
DAILY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
(To be fulfilled by the agent only after she/he undergoes the process training)
1. Counseling parents & students for admissions
2. Meeting the Daily / weekly / monthly sales & enrollment targets
3. Meet Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
consistently.
4. Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with warm/hot leads
generated.
5. Maintain detailed records of student interactions so that necessary
actions can be taken.
JOB DESCRIPTION -
Location - Work From Home (A good laptop and wifi connection required.)
Working Days - Rotational Roster
Salary—Above 15000/- per month
Interview Mode - Walk in & Google Meet
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
Shift timings—any 1 out of the following -will be decided by the client.
1. 9 AM - 6 PM
2. 10 AM - 7 PM
3. 11 AM - 8 PM
4. 12 AM- 9 PM
Rotational Shift - 6 days working with week offs during the week but not on
Saturdays & Sundays
Expected Start Date: Immediately.
Candidates must sign an agreement with the agency for 1 year.
Requirement: Must have Own Laptop & Headsets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
