As a Backend Developer at Tattva Techworkz Pvt Ltd , you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs that power our innovative digital platforms. You will work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to build secure, high-performance applications using Django and NodeJS technologies.
This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade products, optimize backend architecture, and contribute to impactful real-world applications across education, advertising, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
l API Development: Assist in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices using Django REST Framework and NodeJS (Express.js).
l Database Management: Work on database schema design, query optimization, and data management using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
l Performance Improvement: Support performance monitoring, caching implementation (Redis), and backend optimization tasks.
l Security Implementation: Follow best practices for authentication, authorization, and application-level security.
l Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to integrate features and troubleshoot issues.
l Debugging & Troubleshooting: Participate in identifying root causes and fixing issues in backend components.
l Code Quality: Follow coding standards, participate in code reviews, and write maintainable backend logic.
l Continuous Learning: Stay updated with backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications
Ø Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in backend development using Django (Python) or NodeJS (Express.js).
Ø Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
Ø Basic familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB.
Ø Knowledge of authentication methods like JWT or OAuth is preferred.
Ø Experience with Git for version control.
Ø Understanding of asynchronous programming, caching, and performance optimization.
Ø Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest) is an added advantage.
Ø Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt.
