Key Responsibilities
* Generate student admissions through field visits and follow-up.
* Visit schools, colleges, coaching centres, and career guidance centres to promote Nelova Academy.
* Build partnerships for add-on certification programs and workshops.
* Conduct career guidance seminars and education awareness sessions.
* Counsel prospective students and parents about courses and career opportunities.
* Follow up on enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and the website.
* Maintain a database of leads and update the CRM or admission records.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to execute admission campaigns.
* Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Represent Nelova Academy at education fairs, job fairs, and networking events.
* Prepare weekly reports on leads, partnerships, and admissions.
Pay: ₹11,531.75 - ₹20,904.86 per month
