Job Summary:
We are looking for an passionate Communication Trainer to prepare students for successful careers in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in soft skills training, interview preparation, resume building, and professional communication. You will play a key role in developing students' confidence, communication abilities, and overall placement readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions on communication skills, soft skills, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct mock HR interviews, group discussions, and presentation skills workshops.
- Guide students in creating professional resumes and optimizing LinkedIn profiles.
- Train students on self-introductions, email etiquette, interview communication, and confidence building.
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to students who require additional support.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technical trainers and placement teams to prepare students for campus recruitment.
- Track student progress and maintain training reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0 - 3 years of experience in communication training, soft skills training, career coaching, placement training, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience conducting mock interviews and interview preparation sessions.
- Strong presentation, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse educational backgrounds.
- Good understanding of campus recruitment processes and industry expectations.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience working with training institutes, colleges, or placement cells.
- Knowledge of resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and career guidance.
- Familiarity with the IT hiring process and fresh graduate recruitment.
- Aptitude or verbal training experience will be an added advantage.
