We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into sales while delivering a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers in planning both domestic and international travel based on their preferences and requirements.
- Promote and sell various travel services, including holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel reservations, visa support, and travel insurance.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
- Create customized itineraries and travel quotations according to client budgets and travel expectations.
- Follow up on leads regularly and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure hassle-free travel arrangements.
- Stay updated on destination trends, travel regulations, and ongoing promotional offers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, holiday consulting, or a related role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good sales aptitude with effective negotiation and closing abilities.
- Sound knowledge of travel destinations, itinerary planning, and booking procedures.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and convert leads into sales.
