- On-Ground Sourcing: Implement local hiring strategies, attend community events, and organize walk-in drives to find active job seekers.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, administer preliminary skill tests, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Meat Industry Focus: Understand the specific requirements for roles like Butchers, Customer Service Associates, Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers ensuring candidates possess necessary food safety and handling skills.
- Interview Coordination: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate with regional managers for secondary interviews, and facilitate job offers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a database of potential local candidates to quickly fill high-turnover roles.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding process, including paperwork, company policies, and health and hygiene checks.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on, bulk hiring experience (food retail or e-commerce operations preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of meat processing, food safety regulations, and related retail roles.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to attract and engage candidates effectively.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to store locations and participate in field hiring activities.
- Organizational Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and ability to manage multiple store vacancies simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
