About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. If you enjoy creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and building online communities, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social channels.
- Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice.
- Design basic creatives using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and viral content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and sales teams for campaigns.
- Execute paid social media campaigns (preferred).
- Assist in influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of hashtags, SEO for social media, and content strategy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Photography and video editing skills are an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
