Hiring: Attorney – Commercial Litigation | Mumbai (Nariman Point)
We are looking for an Attorney with 2–4 years PQE in Commercial Litigation & Arbitration.
Key Experience Required:
- Commercial suits & arbitration matters
- Court appearances before Commercial Courts/High Court
- Strong drafting & advocacy skills
- Knowledge of Arbitration Act, CPC, Contract Act, IBC & IPR laws
- Ability to independently handle litigation matters
Location: Nariman Point, Mumbai
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month
Work Mode: Full-time Work From Office
Candidates with law firm litigation experience preferred.
