Key Responsibilities
✔ Maintain office records and documentation
✔ Coordinate with employees, vendors, and visitors
✔ Handle data entry and MIS updates
✔ Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups
✔ Support recruitment and HR coordination activities
✔ Manage emails, calls, and administrative tasks
✔ Maintain attendance and office-related reports
✔ Assist with general office operations and coordination
✔ Explore and utilize automation and AI tools to improve administrative efficiency
