Experience : Min 3 Year in Software Sales (SAAS)
Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Presenting and demonstrating the product to prospective clients
- Understanding customer requirements and aligning them with the product offering
- Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Following up with leads and maintaining consistent communication
- Coordinating with internal teams for demos, onboarding, and support
- Maintaining records of interactions and updating CRM regularly
- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to revenue growth
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling
- Confidence in pitching and presenting solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel
- Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Additional Candidate Preferences:
- Candidates pursuing or completed graduation (BBA, MBA, or related fields preferred)
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer handling is a plus
- Interest in SaaS / ERP / B2B sales
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with business owners
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
