XEagle Ltd is a UK-based company seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Dispatch Executive to join our team in Sri Ganganagar.
This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable international business exposure while working in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will be responsible for coordinating drivers, booking loads, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring that day-to-day dispatch operations run smoothly.
We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and takes ownership of operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and assign delivery schedules to drivers.
- Book loads and coordinate transportation requirements.
- Communicate instructions, schedule changes, and real-time updates to drivers.
- Monitor shipments and deliveries from collection through to completion.
- Identify delays or operational issues and take prompt corrective action.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, load bookings, driver updates, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, and internal logistics team members.
- Support route planning and help optimise journeys for timely and efficient deliveries.
- Provide regular operational updates to management.
- Contribute ideas to improve dispatch processes and overall efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience working with an international company, international clients, or international logistics operations is mandatory.
- Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, fleet coordination, or load booking is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Good organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with drivers and handling frequent operational updates.
- Able to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and confidence using dispatch software, online platforms, email, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with a team.
