Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead our College of Physiotherapy. The candidate should possess strong academic leadership, administrative expertise, and regulatory knowledge to ensure excellence in education and institutional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the academic and administrative operations of the Physiotherapy College.
- Ensure compliance with Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Government, and regulatory guidelines.
- Supervise faculty recruitment, performance, and development.
- Monitor teaching, clinical training, examinations, and research activities.
- Promote quality assurance, accreditation, and institutional growth.
- Coordinate with management, students, parents, and statutory authorities.
Eligibility
- MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) with Ph.D. _Appeared (Preferred as per norms)
- Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience.
- At least 5 years of administrative experience as Principal / Vice Principal / Professor.
- Thorough knowledge of MUHS, Maharashtra State Allied & Healthcare Council, and regulatory norms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and administrative skills.
