About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our team in
Mumbai. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and
Marathi, be customer-focused, and capable of handling customer queries professionally while ensuring a
positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Record customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Follow up with customers whenever required.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for timely resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work from the Mumbai office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
