- Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense reports.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records for audits and compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and billing.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities under senior guidance.
- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Use Microsoft Excel or accounting software to prepare reports and track financial performance.
- Assist in payroll processing and reimbursement management, if required.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
