We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineers to support the execution of our projects at site level. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, hands-on site experience, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site execution activities for HVAC works (VRV/VRF, chilled water, ducting, and ventilation systems).
- Ensure installation works are carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and subcontractors to achieve planned progress.
- Assist in site measurements, material take-offs, and verification of BOQs.
- Monitor and report project progress, daily site activities, and manpower deployment.
- Resolve site-level technical issues in coordination with the project/design team.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and site discipline.
- Support testing, balancing, and commissioning activities under the guidance of
Project Manager.
- Maintain site documentation including work logs, progress reports, and material
records.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Practical knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, chilled water piping, ducting, and
ventilation works.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at multiple project sites.
Pay: ₹10,959.53 - ₹50,000.00 per month
