Orange Family Wedding Store is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering a high-quality shopping experience in our wedding apparel and accessories store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain products, offers, and services.
- Assist customers in selecting wedding attire and accessories.
- Maintain product knowledge to suggest the best options.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle billing and coordinate with the cashier team.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a professional attitude and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales (preferably in garments or wedding retail) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
