Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Recruitment & Onboarding
● Manage the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
● Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
● Conduct reference checks, issue offer letters, appointment letters and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
● Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
● Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
● Implement HR policies, SOPs, Circulars and official notices ensuring consistent application across the organization.
● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
● Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team.
3. Employee Relations (handling employee conflicts and workplace issues effectively) & Employee Engagement
● Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution.
● Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
● Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
4. Performance Management
● Coordinate annual and mid-year performance review processes.
● Assist in setting KPIs and OKRs in collaboration with department heads.
● Track employee performance metrics and recommend developmental actions.
5. Payroll & Attendance Management
● Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and monthly payroll processing.
● Coordinate with the finance/accounts team to ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
6. Handling Exit process with smooth and professional transition
● Managing the complete employee exit process, including clearance, documentation, and final settlements. Ensuring a smooth and professional transition while addressing any employee concerns.
Required Skills & Competencies:
● Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS software.
● Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Pay: ₹11,254.15 - ₹48,782.65 per month
