About the Role
You will be the first point of contact between our agency and potential clients. Your job is to identify YouTube creators in our target range, reach out to them across multiple platforms, spark genuine conversations, and set up calls for our team to close. This is a performance driven role with real growth potential as the agency scales.
What You Will Be Doing
You will research and build a list of YouTube creators with 10,000 to 50,000 subscribers across various niches, send personalised cold outreach messages via email, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp, follow up consistently with prospects who have not responded, track all outreach activity in a shared Google Sheet or CRM, report daily on messages sent, replies received, and calls booked, and work closely with the founder to refine messaging based on response rates.
Pay: ₹100.78 - ₹324.98 per day
