Kanoka Village Resort Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of our resort's infrastructure, utilities, and technical systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure uninterrupted operations while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and supervise all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems within the resort.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and technical faults promptly.
- Monitor and maintain DG sets, water pumps, STP, borewell systems, and other utility equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
- Maintain maintenance schedules, service records, and equipment logs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory maintenance standards.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Assist in planning and executing renovation and improvement projects.
- Ensure minimal downtime of all resort facilities and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- ITI or Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Certification in electrical safety or HVAC maintenance will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in hotels, resorts, hospitality, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities.
- Experience in handling electrical systems, generators, HVAC, plumbing, and preventive maintenance programs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
