- Payment Processing: Receive cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, cheques, and bank drafts for vehicle purchases, parts, and service invoices.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate and explain itemized invoices to customers, ensuring labor costs and taxes are clear.
- Daily Reconciliation: Balance the cash drawer at the start and end of shifts, verify transaction batches, and prepare deposits for the accounting department.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer basic billing inquiries, and direct complex questions to the accounts, service, or F&I (Finance & Insurance) teams.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain logs of receipts, credit card slips, and repair orders.
