Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in SharePoint Online and SPFx to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain modern solutions using SharePoint Online and SPFx

Build reusable SPFx web parts, extensions, and custom components

Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Fluent UI
-
Integrate SharePoint solutions with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and PnPjs
-
Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, lists, libraries, and related configurations
-
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions
-
Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and development best practices
-
Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Node.js, and build tools for streamlined deployments

Support troubleshooting, debugging, and production issue resolution
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online

Expertise in SPFx development (Web Parts & Extensions)

Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and PnPjs

Good understanding of Fluent UI and modern frontend frameworks

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Node.js, and Gulp

Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integrations

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
