About the Role
Laxmi Infra Venture Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and manage the company's sales operations, drive revenue growth, develop strategic sales plans, and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Revenue Generation
- Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop pricing and sales strategies to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
- Establish KPIs and monitor team productivity.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with key clients, investors, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle major negotiations and high-value sales closures.
Business Development
- Explore new markets and business opportunities.
- Develop strategic alliances and partnerships.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews.
- Monitor sales metrics and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.
