Position: System Administrator-Window (L-1)
Location: Greater Noida West (Near Gaur Chowk)
Experience: 2 years to 4 years
Profile Experience:
· A strong understanding of products and technologies, particularly within the Cloud and Datacenter industry, to deliver top-quality service to customers.
· Monitor the market closely to identify potential threats from competitors.
· Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and the ability to lead and support teams in
· challenging and dynamic environments.
· Possess hands-on experience in a Datacenter environment with a solid grasp of its complexities.
· Oversee customer engagement throughout project implementation, service management, and ongoing support.
Technical Abilities:
· Installation, configuration & maintenance of various Windows Servers i.e. 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025.
· Backup and restoration of data from backup servers on Acronis and Veeam backup software management, installation and configuration of Active Directory, joining machines to domain.
· Installation and configuration of MSSQL and MySQL, Backup scheduling and restore database.
· Good Understanding and Knowledge of Webservers like IIS, Plesk and cPanel.
· Knowledge of DNS Records, Domain registration and SSL Implementation.
· Installation, configuration, manage & troubleshooting of DNS Server, DHCP Server, FTP Server etc.
· Having good knowledge of VMware virtualization.
· Must have worked on Windows Servers and managed independently.
· Proficient in using email clients such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Microsoft 365, and
· Google Workspace, with a strong understanding of IMAP, POP3, and SMTP protocols.
· Good knowledge of Email backups and restorations.
· Expertise in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Tally.
· Skilled in the installation and configuration of TSplus remote access software.
· Having basic networking skills, including knowledge of IP classes, classless IP,
· subnetting, crossover and straight-through cabling, L1 switch setup, and a foundational understanding of L2 switches.
· Understanding of Data Center Infrastructure like knowledge of NIC cards, storage drives, cabling, backup tape drives, basic knowledge of physical servers work process.
· Ability to understand Customer issues very quickly based on collected information and resolving them efficiently.
· Proficient in providing technical support and communicating with clients via email and phone.
· Strong troubleshooting skills in areas such as printing issues, laptop and desktop
· problems, internet connectivity, and access-related issues.
Role & Manageability:
· Take a proactive and innovative approach to handling support situations.
· Build trust and public relations with key account customers, addressing their issues and responding to their requests at any time.
· Willing to work in 24X7 working hours in shifts.
· Promote the company's image through attitude, professionalism, knowledge, customer-centric approach, and prompt responsiveness to customer needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Academic Education:
· Bachelor degree / Technical degree
Experience:
· Must have minimum 2 years of experience in technical support.
· Knowledge and experience in a data center environment is preferred is must.
Skills:
· Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
· Team player who is flexible and excels in an entrepreneurial environment
· Ability to work under pressure
· Fluent in English would be a plus
Others:
· Residing in and around Noida only.
