Job Summary
The Contact Centre Staff will be responsible for handling patient calls, providing information about hospital services, coordinating appointments, addressing patient queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
- Provide information about doctors, departments, services, and appointments.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
- Respond to patient queries, complaints, and feedback courteously.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to resolve patient requirements.
- Maintain accurate call and patient-related records in HIS/CRM.
- Prepare reports and maintain patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Experience in a hospital, healthcare, customer service, or contact centre is preferred.
- Fluency in Kannada, Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Candidates must be confident in speaking and communicating professionally in all four languages.
