Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Middleware Administrator responsible for managing and supporting enterprise middleware platforms including IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, and Microsoft IIS. The role involves administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, security compliance, and high availability management across production and non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and administer WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBOSS and IIS

Manage domains, clusters, nodes, and application deployments

Provide 24x7 production support and incident management

Perform performance tuning including JVM optimization

Configure SSL certificates and security hardening

Support high availability, clustering, and disaster recovery

Configure data sources, JMS, and integrations

Automate tasks using WLST, wsadmin, and scripting
Required Skills

Strong experience in WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBOSS,IIS

Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration

Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS

Experience in deployment and troubleshooting

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
Preferred Skills

Experience with JBoss, NGINX, Apache HTTP Server

Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git)

Cloud exposure (OCI/AWS)

Oracle EBS Middleware experience
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

Relevant certifications are a plus
Experience

8–10 years in Middleware Administration

Experience in enterprise/banking environments preferred
