Role Overview
We are looking for a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide strategic, administrative, and coordination support to the MD.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective time management, smooth communication, structured execution of priorities, and timely follow-up on important matters.
This role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, professionalism, and ownership, along with the ability to effectively leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity, decision support, research, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, reminders, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
- Follow up on important tasks and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, documents, meeting notes, trackers, and business communications.
- Conduct research and provide relevant information to support the MD's decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and management information.
- Handle professional correspondence, emails, calls, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, consultants, business partners, and other stakeholders.
- Assist the MD with special projects and strategic assignments.
- Use AI tools to improve research, drafting, analysis, reporting, organization, and overall productivity.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure important commitments and deadlines are tracked.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should have any of the following:
- B.Tech / M.Tech (Regular)
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior leadership.
- Prior experience working directly with a Managing Director / CEO / Director is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in executive coordination, administration, communication, and follow-up will be preferred.

- High sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.

- Comfortable interacting with senior management, clients, vendors, and business associates.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
