Role Highlights
* Manage end-to-end operations for key corporate clients — from booking to billing
* Coordinate with shipping lines, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth cargo handling
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Identify opportunities for business growth within existing accounts
Ideal Candidate:
* 4–8 years’ experience in freight forwarding (customer service / key account management)
* Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
* Strong understanding of operational processes and client servicing
