Rions India Biotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of advanced water purification systems and solutions for hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and industrial facilities. With a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we are looking for an experienced GeM Portal Executive to strengthen our government sales operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the company's GeM (Government e-Marketplace) account, identifying relevant procurement opportunities, handling bids and tender submissions, and driving sales through government channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, ensuring product listings, pricing, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Identify relevant GeM bids, tenders, and procurement opportunities for water purification systems and related products.
- Prepare, review, and submit bids, quotations, and all required documents within specified deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical specifications, pricing, and compliance documents for bid submissions.
- Track bid status, purchase orders, and contract progress while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Develop and expand business opportunities with government hospitals, laboratories, research institutions, universities, and public sector organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government buyers and procurement officials.
- Stay updated with GeM policies, procurement guidelines, and tender regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and increase revenue through GeM and other government procurement channels.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, orders, customer interactions, and sales activities, and prepare regular performance reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
