Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, emailers, and marketing collateral.
- Create visually appealing layouts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency in branding, typography, color, and overall visual quality.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (preferred)
- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Well-versed with modern design standards and branding guidelines.
- Knowledge of social media design specifications and digital marketing creatives.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory.
