We are hiring an experienced Software Team Lead for a high-performance engineering team.
Job Location: Chennai
Experience Required: 5 – 8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Architecture design for RFQs and scalable software solutions
✔ Lead backend and cloud-based application development
✔ Guide technical teams and support end-to-end project execution
✔ Design and develop scalable microservices architecture
✔ Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams
Mandatory Technical Skills:
✔ Strong programming experience in Java / Python / C++ / JavaScript (Node.js)
✔ Client-Server Programming
✔ REST APIs & Microservices Architecture
✔ SQL / NoSQL Databases
✔ Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP
✔ Docker & Kubernetes
✔ SaaS / Cloud-based Applications
✔ Scalable Backend Systems
✔ Strong Linux Understanding
Networking & Protocol Knowledge:
✔ TCP vs UDP
✔ Sockets (Basic Understanding)
✔ Ports & IP Addressing
✔ DNS Resolution
✔ HTTP / HTTPS
✔ MQTT (IoT Standard)
✔ WebSockets for Real-Time Communication
Preferred:
- Team handling experience
- IoT / Cloud product development exposure
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capability
