Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and reporting project progress to the management team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision & Execution
- Supervise day-to-day interior construction and fit-out activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, POP workers, fabricators, marble contractors, and other vendors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of work.
Quality Control
- Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Identify and rectify site execution issues promptly.
- Ensure proper finishing, alignment, leveling, and installation of all interior elements.
Material Management
- Monitor material deliveries and verify quantities received on site.
- Maintain records of material consumption and stock availability.
- Coordinate with procurement team for timely material requirements.
Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Attend site meetings and communicate updates effectively.
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth workflow.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily site progress reports with photographs.
- Maintain records of labor attendance and work progress.
- Report delays, site challenges, and material requirements to management.
Safety & Site Management
- Ensure site cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, machinery, and safety equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture, gypsum, electrical, plumbing, painting, marble, glass, and metal works.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, retail, showroom, office, and commercial interior projects.
- Vendor and labor management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
