Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities and ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle vendor management, facility management, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support and operational requirements.
- Maintain office assets, inventory, stationery, and procurement records.
- Process purchase requests, vendor quotations, purchase orders, and invoice verification.
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, transport arrangements, and guest management.
- Ensure timely renewal of AMC contracts, licenses, and office service agreements.
- Support employee onboarding by arranging workstation readiness, ID cards, access cards, and other administrative requirements.
- Maintain office records, documentation, MIS reports, and compliance-related documents.
- Coordinate with building management, government authorities, and external vendors whenever required.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Handle courier management, dispatch activities, and document tracking.
- Support HR and other business functions in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate events.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, administrative SOPs, and statutory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of relevant administration experience, preferably in the IT Healthcare, IT Services, Healthcare, or Corporate sector.
- Experience in handling corporate office administration independently.
- Strong stability in previous employment is preferred.
- Candidates should be ready to work in three rotational shifts (24x7 operations).
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai, Thane, or nearby locations will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ISO-compliant or IT Healthcare organizations.
- Exposure to ERP/Admin Management Systems.
- Knowledge of workplace safety, facility operations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
