Position: CRM Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Executive responsible for managing customer relationships, maintaining lead data, and ensuring timely follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, comfortable using CRM software, and capable of ensuring that no lead is missed throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, customers, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure all inquiries from various channels are entered into the CRM promptly.
- Track lead status and update progress regularly.
- Generate CRM reports and dashboards for management review.
- Lead Follow-up & Customer Communication
- Call prospective customers and existing clients as per follow-up schedules.
- Send and respond to WhatsApp messages professionally.
- Draft and send customer emails, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries.
- Lead Tracking & Conversion Support
- Monitor lead movement through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with sales team members to ensure proper lead assignment and closure.
- Follow up on pending quotations, samples, and customer requirements.
- Identify inactive or neglected leads and ensure re-engagement.
- Data Quality & Compliance
- Maintain accurate customer databases.
- Eliminate duplicate or incorrect records.
- Ensure proper documentation of all customer interactions.
- Follow company SOPs and CRM processes.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and follow-up activities.
- Highlight bottlenecks and opportunities for improving lead conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM, telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or lead management.
- Experience using CRM software is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable handling customer calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

Salary : Upto 35000
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
