- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from plans.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in managing and optimizing workflows within ServiceNow platforms.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to IT service delivery.
- Familiarity with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
