Job Description
Main responsibilities:-
Responsible for Safety, Health, Environment and Plant Engineering activities including all facilities in the company. Responsible for up time of all these resources.

Develop departmental objectives / KRA for function to assign with MFG.

Implementation of industrial excellence by involving supervisors & operators to improve continuously by implementing 5S and Autonomous maintenance.

Responsible for driving Preventive & Predictive maintenance
-
Improve Plant MTBF, Reduce MTTR and Break down
-
Responsible for statutory compliance requirements.
-
Conservation of energy, water and driving sustainability initiatives.
-
Implement & follow IRIS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 45000 & 50001 system procedures to improve the performance.
-
Critical spare parts management.
-
Plan & implement AMC for critical and utility equipment.
-
Implementation of layout changes.
-
Construction and maintenance of all civil structures within the estate.

Responsible for installation and commissioning of capital equipment’s

Deliver a high-quality initiative, on time and within the budget.

Qualifications:
-
B.E – EEE with 13 to16 years of experience in Plant Engineering.

Skills:
-
Technical skills. (Electrical / Mechanical)

Cost Control.
-
Performance Tracking.
-
Risk Management.
-
Contract & Stakeholder Management
