Job Responsibilities
1. Manage end to end recruitment for assigned position across various service lines.
2. Partner with team members to understand manpower requirements and Job specifications.
3. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
5. Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire
6. Manage offer rollouts, negotiation and prejoining engagement.
7. Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth joining experience for new hires.
8. Manage the complete employee life cycle including joining, confirmation, engagement and exit processes.
9. Implement and execute HR policies, procedures and people initiatives.
10. Drive employee engagement activities, cultural initiatives & office events including celebration on festivals, birthdays and career achievements of employees.
11. Act as a primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns and coordination and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
12. Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
13. Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records and HR MIS reports.
14. Facilitate internal communication & ensure alignment across teams.
15. Manage daily leave and attendance as inputs for payroll processing.
16. Undertake payroll processing on a month-to-month basis.
17. Setting up training schedules to meet the learning needs and development programmes of the firm.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
