Key Responsibility Areas
® Lead complete manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence across the plant.
® Develop and execute production strategies aligned with business growth and organizational goals.
® Own plant productivity, manufacturing cost, profitability, and operational performance.
® Drive production planning, capacity planning, and resource optimization to ensure on-time project execution.
® Lead manpower planning, workforce development, succession planning, and performance management.
® Improve manufacturing efficiency through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and automation initiatives.
® Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.
® Optimize production costing by reducing waste, rework, downtime, inventory, and non-value-added activities.
® Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, production infrastructure, and manufacturing assets.
® Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, safety, and customer delivery performance.
® Monitor plant performance through manufacturing KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve business targets.
® Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, statutory requirements, quality systems, and EHS standards.
® Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Planning, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Projects, and Service teams.
® Drive digital transformation, ERP adoption, and manufacturing process standardization.
® Lead root cause analysis (RCA), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and risk mitigation initiatives.
® Build a high-performance manufacturing team through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
® Support plant expansion, technology upgrades, and future manufacturing capability enhancement.
® Present manufacturing performance, operational metrics, cost analysis, and strategic improvement plans to senior management.
Preferred Experience
® 15+ years of experience in LT & HT Electrical Panel Manufacturing.
® Minimum 5 years in a Production Head / Plant Head / Manufacturing Head role.
® Proven experience in manufacturing PCC, MCC, PMCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, Synchronizing, Control Panels, HT Switchboards, VCB Panels, RMU Panels, and Package Substations.
® -Strong expertise in production planning, production costing, capacity planning, manpower management, inventory optimization, quality systems, and manufacturing excellence.
® -Demonstrated success in improving productivity, reducing manufacturing costs, enhancing delivery performance, and leading large production teams.
® -Experience working with ERP systems, manufacturing KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
® Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
