We are seeking a passionate and concept-driven IIT Foundation Faculty who can effectively teach both Physics and Chemistry to students in Grades 6–10. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts through engaging and inquiry-based teaching methodologies.
- Teach Physics and Chemistry for IIT Foundation and Olympiad-oriented programs for Grades 6–10.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding rather than rote learning.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons using demonstrations, experiments, visual aids, and real-life applications.
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments aligned with foundation-level competitive examinations.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills among students.
- Conduct regular quizzes, tests, and practice sessions.
- Analyze student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where required.
- Maintain student progress records and communicate with parents when necessary.
- Develop study material, question banks, and practice worksheets.
- Integrate CBSE curriculum requirements with IIT Foundation concepts.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the foundation program.
Essential
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of both Physics and Chemistry concepts up to Grade 10 and foundation level.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in IIT Foundation, Olympiad, CBSE, or similar programs.
Preferred
- Experience teaching both Physics and Chemistry.
- Experience preparing students for Olympiads, NTSE, JEE Foundation, or competitive examinations.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
