Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Advising: Assess the educational background, career goals, and skill gaps of prospective students to recommend the most suitable programs or courses.
- Lead Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries. Nurture leads through the sales funnel by effectively articulating the ROI of the programs.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Objection Handling: Address student queries regarding course structures, fees, and placements. Assist with pricing negotiations and resolving hesitations to close sales.
- CRM Maintenance: Update student interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up schedules meticulously using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Post-Sales Support: Act as a bridge between the student and academic/operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: 12th or Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Candidates with an MBA or a background in business/education are highly preferred.
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or educational counseling (EdTech experience is a major plus).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and regional languages, depending on the target market.
- Sales Aptitude: A competitive, resilient, and target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Empathy: Patience and the ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents.
Pay: ₹12,239.26 - ₹20,000.00 per month
