Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Financial Advisors / Sales Executives who are passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' financial goals and provide suitable financial planning solutions.
- Advise customers on Mutual Fund investments, Health Insurance, and Term Insurance.
- Generate new leads through referrals, networking, and field activities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate client records.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic knowledge of financial products is an added advantage.
- Willingness to meet clients and travel locally when required.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
