The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates. The role involves sourcing talent, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting the organization's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements with department managers.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and company websites.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate recruitment documentation and maintain candidate records.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 Months to 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (or fresh graduates for junior roles).
