Product Owner
As a Product Owner will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of the order management system, ensuring the delivery of a seamless end-to-end order management process. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience, with a background in business analysis, project, program or product management, and a strong affinity with IT and sales/order management processes
You will:

Develop and manage the order management product roadmap aligned with business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize the product backlog.

Work with development and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and successful product launches.

Oversee and optimize end-to-end order management processes for efficient and timely delivery.

Drive continuous improvement through agile practices, stakeholder communication, industry best practices, and rapid response to critical issues.
You have:

Strong affinity with IT and sales/order management processes, with experience working in a technical environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and persuade others.

Experience working in an agile development environment, preferably as a Product Owner or similar role.

Experience with integrations, including API management and enterprise service busses.

SAP knowledge (especially CPI), and Salesforce CC knowledge.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, while maintaining attention to detail and a focus on quality.
